zumba fitness
My wife has used the DVDs every day since the package arrived 10 days ago. She is enjoying the fitness regime so much and has since starting to feel fitter and firmer. It has also prompted her to eat healthier .

I would recommend the Zumba Fitness - Body Transformation Pack to anyone. Felt a little weird to start doing this in my front room on my own but I got the kids involved and they are loving having Zumba sessions.

I love, love, love the Zumba Fitness. I do this with my kids and they love it too. You can feel it working as soon as you start. If you like dancing and want to tone up but like me are afraid of making a fool of yourself in front of others then this is the product for you.

It's quite difficult to learn the basic steps of Zumba Fitness at first. Overall, it's an enjoyable exercise.

I have seen this package advertised on TV for twice the price that IWOOT have. To be able to buy it at such a great price was such a treat, and it has proved a popular choice with my teenage son too, who joins me in working out to these fabulous DVDs! I am far too self conscious to attend a Zumba class, but am so enjoying just dancing along and feeling the benefit already! Highly recommended!

This was bought as a present for someone to help them recover/get into shape after an operation. As this was only a week ago, they haven't had the chance to use it yet - but now that it has arrived they are really looking forward to the day they get "stuck into it"!
